Part of the work of 2018 included building the help system for QVCOG-wide GIS. As part of the Technical Assistance Program, subscribers have access to jointly-purchased professional expertise through an online help system. Technical support policies are available here.
To obtain help using QVCOG-wide GIS, subscriber are provided logins to the custom online help documents and help request system (in addition to general ESRI ArcGIS support available to subscribers).
