The Quaker Valley Council of Governments is governed by a 16 member board of delegates appointed by each municipal member. The QVCOG meets regularly on the third Wednesday of every month at locations throughout the COG territory.

Notice is further given that the Board of Delegates of the Quaker Valley Council of Governments (QVCOG) shall, for the purpose of conducting any and all business that comes before the Board, meet on the third Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise noted, in 2025 at 7:00 PM on the following dates:
