On July 22, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. the Quaker Valley Council of Governments will be accepting bids for a prospective 5-year waste and recycling contract for the following 11 municipalities: Aleppo Township Avalon Borough Bellevue Borough Ben Avon Borough Edgeworth Borough Emsworth Borough Glen Osborne Borough Glenfield Borough Kilbuck Township Leet Township Sewickley Borough Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the QVCOG on behalf of the aforementioned municipalities for collection, disposal, and processing of municipal solid waste, recyclable materials, household hazardous waste, and electronic waste for a five (5) year term beginning January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2026.
