The deadline for the CD 47 to be submitted to QVCOG is September 07, 2020.
QVCOG members must submit their applications through the QVCOG. The online application is available here. Members who prefer may submit completed PDF applications instead of the online form. Please note that QVCOG is required to submit pre-applications to Allegheny County by September 11, so your cooperation providing us your pre-app by September 7 is appreciated.
