Quaker Valley Council of Governments is hosting its Annual Dinner on Wednesday October 18, 2017, at 7 PM at Cafe Notte, 8306 Ohio River Blvd, Emsworth, PA 15202. Donald K. Carter, the David Lewis Director of Urban Design and Regional Engagement of the Remaking Cities Institute at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) will make the Keynote Address. In addition, Quaker Valley Council of Government will recognize the public service of elected and appointed officials in its region and conduct a special fundraiser for a donation for disaster relief to the Houston-Galveston Area Council.
