2023 Annual Dinner Keynote Speaker Announced

The QVCOG is proud to announce that Mr. Tom Baker, current Executive Director for North Hills Community Outreach, will be serving as the 2023 Annual Dinner's Keynote Speaker. For 8 years (2013-2021) Mr. Baker served as a Councilperson for Allegheny County Council District 1 which includes seven QVCOG member communities (Avalon Borough, Ben Avon Borough, Emsworth Borough, Kilbuck Township, Glenfield Borough, Haysville Borough, and Glen Osborne Borough). Mr. Baker has also been heavily involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh.
