The Quaker Valley Council of Governments 2018 draft budget is available for review.
The QVCOG 2018 Budget was introduced at the September 20, 2017 Board of Directors Meeting. The approximately $185,000 general fund spending plan relies on dues, administration fees and grants. No dues change is currently included.
Fees for services as determined and prioritized by the membership are an important component and represent the next step in the QVCOG re-boot. This project identification is being informed by the PI Team, Managers & Secretaries committee and public input. Any official or resident of the member communities may propose program in person at a meeting, through their delegate or Manager/Secretary or online at the qvcog.org website.
A special budget meeting of the QVCOG Board is scheduled for November 1, 2017 7:30 PM at the Emsworth Borough Building and the regular meeting is slated for November 15, 2017 at 7:30 at Sewickley Borough. All meetings are open to the public.
