Interactive Member Zoning Map
In the coming months the Quaker Valley COG is seeking to build upon its existing comprehensive zoning tool for member municipalities. Residents, realtors, business owners, and Municipal Staff will have access to a searchable zoning map which will help identify the designated zoning classification and associated zoning regulations for any property. Additionally, users will have access to a Google "street view" of the property as well as direct access to the Allegheny County Real Estate portal. A "Beta" version of this map can be found below. The map will be undergoing various updates and changes so please stay tuned for this exciting project! If you have any feedback regarding this initiative please contact Executive Director Patrick Conners via email at pconners@qvcog.org. ***Please note, users should always consult with their municipality to verify municipal boundaries, zoning designations, property lines, and other data that can be found using this tool.
