The Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) application window will be opening on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. and will close Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. RACP projects are authorized in the Redevelopment Assistance section of a Capital Budget Itemization Act, have a regional or multi-jurisdictional impact, and generate substantial increases or maintain current levels of employment, tax revenues, or other measures of economic activity. RACP projects are state-funded projects that cannot obtain primary funding under other state programs. An RACP project must have a total cost of at least $1,000,000. Please see the Office of the Budget’s website for more information, including information about the application process and where to submit applications. Please continue to check the aforementioned site as it will be updated once the round officially opens.
